Punjab takes lead-Death certificates will be coded with Causes of Death according to International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10)

The causes of death will be determined by the senior doctors in hospitals 

The accumulated data will help policy makers to allocate resources more judiciously resulting low mortality rates
